We aim to respond promptly during our business hours, which are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Please familiarise yourself with our festive opening hours below.

Our telephone lines are open Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM (excluding bank holidays). Outside of these hours, kindly email us, and we will respond at the earliest opportunity.

Please note: We do not have an answering machine service.

Shop Opening Hours
Our physical store is open during the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM (closed on bank holidays)

  • Men’s Team Home Matchdays: Open 3 hours before kick-off and for 1 hour following the final whistle.

  • Women’s Team Home Matchdays (South Turnstiles Mobile Shop): Open 2 hours before kick-off and for 1 hour following the final whistle.

Visiting by Car
Sandy Park offers on-site parking with over 500 spaces. Our Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system will capture your vehicle registration upon both arrival and departure.

Parking Information

  • Upon arrival, please enter your vehicle registration at one of the payment machines in the car park.

  • There is no need to display a receipt in your vehicle once payment is made.

  • If you exceed the allotted parking time, you can top up your payment at a machine or via the RingGo app.

  • 1 hour of parking is complimentary for Club Shop visitors  (simply provide your registration details at the till).

Parking Charges

  • Up to 15 minutes: Free

  • Up to 1 hour: £1.50

  • 2 to 5 hours: £4.50

  • 5 to 12 hours: £6.50

  • 12 to 18 hours: £7.50

  • 24 hours: £12.00
